A deeply restorative, hands-on approach to nervous system healing, fascial release, and emotional unwinding.
CranialSacral Therapy (CST) uses gentle, light-pressure touch to work with the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Through this subtle, intuitive contact, CST encourages the body to unwind stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore its natural healing rhythm.
One powerful aspect of this work is intraoral CranialSacral Therapy, which involves working inside the mouth (with gloves) to access the internal bones of the head — such as the sphenoid, palatines, or maxilla. The head is like a puzzle, and by working both internally and externally, we can gently release the deep stress patterns and restrictions that live within. This work is profoundly relaxing and can feel like shedding layers of tension and pressure you didn’t even realize you were holding.
Fascia is one of the most overlooked yet vital systems in the body. Imagine an orange: the white part of the peel, the membrane sleeves that hold each slice, and even the fine threads within the slices — this is how fascia behaves in the body. It wraps around every organ, muscle, bone, nerve, and vessel, creating a layered, intelligent network that gives structure, support, and cohesion to the whole system.
Now, let’s go deeper: fascia is also like a spiderweb. Imagine a fly has landed in one part of the web — it thrashes, tangles, and distorts the entire structure. This tangled area tugs on all edges of the web, creating tension far from where the fly is caught. In your body, that “fly” could be a physical injury, a kinked hose in your digestive system, or emotional trauma that’s been sitting unspoken in your tissues. The effect ripples — sometimes showing up as pain, tightness, or emotional overwhelm in entirely different parts of the body.
When we apply CranialSacral Therapy, we’re not “fixing” you — we’re listening. We’re tuning in to the body's natural rhythm, its subtle cues, and its innate wisdom to self-correct. With gentle presence and skilled, light touch, we support the body in unraveling the web — not by force, but by allowing it the space and safety to return to balance on its own. Often, this kind of holding creates profound releases — physical, emotional, and energetic — that feel like layers of stress you didn’t even realize you were carrying simply melt away.
This is what makes CranialSacral Therapy so powerful. It doesn’t just address symptoms — it speaks to the root cause through the body's own language.
Just like we clench our shoulders when stressed, emotions and traumas live in the tissues — often outside our conscious awareness. CranialSacral Therapy provides a safe container for these held stories to surface and gently shift. Through a unique dialogue process, you’re invited to connect not just with your conscious thoughts, but with individual body parts — your heart, your gut, your ankle, your womb — as well as aspects of your psyche like your inner child or inner protector.
At the core of this work is the nervous system, especially the vagus nerve — a key communication pathway between your brain and body. It governs your sense of safety, rest, digestion, and emotional regulation. When we create a safe space and apply gentle touch, we help tone the vagus nerve, inviting your body out of fight-or-flight and into a parasympathetic state — where true healing and integration can begin.
Sometimes, there are younger parts of you still holding onto pain, confusion, or limiting beliefs. These protective mechanisms once kept you safe, but may now be holding you back from fully stepping into your light. In session, we may gently uncover and listen to these parts with compassion — rewriting the story and allowing your true self to emerge.
If something in you feels called to explore a specific area — perhaps you know your heart has more to say, or your pelvis has been holding grief — let me know. We can go there together, with deep presence and care.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, rhythmic, hands-on therapy designed to stimulate the movement of lymph — a clear, nutrient-rich fluid that flows through the lymphatic system, helping to remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the tissues. The lymphatic system plays a crucial role in immune function, detoxification, and fluid balance, but unlike the circulatory system, it has no pump of its own. It relies on muscle contractions, breath, and manual stimulation to keep things flowing.
MLD works by using precise, feather-light strokes and circular movements to guide lymph toward the body’s major drainage points (such as in the neck, armpits, and groin), where it re-enters the bloodstream and is processed by the liver and kidneys. This therapy helps decongest stagnant areas, reduce inflammation, and reinvigorate the immune response, making it an excellent support for a variety of conditions.
💦 People with mild swelling or water retention
🩹 Post-surgery or post-injury healing (to help reduce inflammation and speed up recovery)
😴 Chronic fatigue or sluggish immunity
🥬 Digestive issues or general detox support
🌙 Hormonal imbalances and menstrual bloating
✈️ Post-travel or post-illness reset
🌸 Skin support and acne reduction (by enhancing internal detox pathways)
🧘♀️ Nervous system regulation — MLD is deeply calming and can bring the body into a parasympathetic, rest-and-digest state.
💡 For those with diagnosed lymphedema:
MLD can be a powerful ally in managing symptoms, but if your lymphedema is moderate to severe, it is essential to first consult with a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). These specialists are trained to work with more complex cases and may recommend compression, exercise, or specific protocols. Once cleared, MLD sessions can be integrated into your ongoing care to support fluid movement and tissue health.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a transformative practice that uses a specific rhythmic breathing pattern — continuous, circular, and done through the mouth — to activate the body’s innate healing capacity.
By bypassing the thinking mind and bringing more oxygen into the system, this method directly affects the autonomic nervous system, helping to reset the body from stress responses (fight, flight, freeze) and into parasympathetic regulation — the state where rest, digestion, and repair happen. It especially stimulates the vagus nerve, which is a key pathway for emotional regulation and nervous system balance.
I hold a grounded, intuitive, and compassionate space — tuning into your breath, body, and energy. You are always in control. I help guide you through emotional waves, suggest postures or adjustments as needed, and offer verbal prompts, somatic support, or music and touch (with consent) to help you feel safe and held in the process.
This isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about creating space for your body and soul to speak, release, and realign.
If you feel that there’s something stuck — emotionally, energetically, physically — and talking hasn’t quite reached it… breath might.
If you're ready to feel your life force again, connect to your own wisdom, and experience the body as a vessel of healing — CCB might be your next step.

If you have any of the following conditions, please consult your doctor before participating. In some cases, gentle nose breathing may be an alternative. This is not a substitute for medical advice.
❤️ Cardiovascular disease – breathwork alters CO₂ levels and can affect heart function
👁️ Detached retina or glaucoma – increased cranial pressure may worsen symptoms
🧠 Brain or abdominal aneurysm – heightened pressure during breathwork can be dangerous
⚡ Epilepsy – can potentially trigger seizures; consult your provider first
🌀 Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia – altered states may be overwhelming without proper support
🍬 Uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions – blood sugar levels may be affected
