This intuitive energy healing method works with the subconscious mind to shift limiting beliefs that are often formed in childhood or inherited from your lineage. By accessing a theta brainwave state (a deep meditative state), we can identify, clear, and replace beliefs that are blocking your healing or growth.

These beliefs often operate beneath awareness, but once cleared, the nervous system can recalibrate and healing accelerates.
Physical symptoms often carry messages from the emotional body. In somatic dialogue, we use breath, sensation awareness, and guided inquiry to let the body speak. This allows pain, tension, or illness to express what it’s holding, often linked to unprocessed grief, anger, fear, or shame.
Rather than analyzing the story, we gently track the felt experience, helping the body process and release what it couldn't in the past.
Using a relaxed, focused state, I guide you inward to meet your inner wisdom, rewrite subconscious scripts, and plant new intentions for healing. This is not about “fixing” you, it’s about reconnecting with the deep knowing already within you.

🦋Why I Do This Work
My journey into holistic healing didn’t begin in a classroom, it began in my own body.
For years, I lived with chronic period pain, burnout, and emotional exhaustion, cycling through temporary fixes that never created lasting change. Everything began to shift when I stopped trying to force healing and instead slowed down, tuning into the wisdom of my body and the quiet, powerful intuition of my womb.
Through that process, I not only healed my own pain, but was guided into a deeper exploration of women’s health, and how the human body and mind influence our every moment, experience, and state of well-being. That path continues to expand today, shaped by my work with women who carry similar stories and seek sustainable, embodied healing.
